They sell us all the before and after pictures but they conveniently forgot to tell us that the after photos were computer enhanced. But, we bought into it and gave them our money anyway. Good personal training and nutritionists are probably what you need. Good training and a good diet will eliminate all the guesswork and help you meet your goals in a clear, safe and effective way.

Your health is the most important thing you have.

2. 4 to 6 meals a day.

The average person’s body needs around 2000 calories per day to operate. Most people consume around 2 to 3 meals per day in order to get that 2000 calories. By consuming larger sums of food (meaning 2 to 3 meals a day) this will cause the body to store fat; thus slowing down the metabolism causing ones energy level to decrease. At 365 fitness now we recommend eating the same 2000 calories but breaking it down into 4 to 6 smaller meals per day. (that doesn’t mean you have to eat 4 or 6 different meals). Just take your 2 to 3 meals per day divided it into 4 to 6 smaller meals per day. By following this method you are steadily feeding your body. This will maintain a steady blood sugar level. Causing you to burn more calories, have more energy, and speed up your metabolism. The end results is a sexier you.

3. Weigh training is for everyone.

Add weight training to your fitness routine, but make sure it is done properly. Weight training stimulate muscle growth increase your bone density, and strengthens your joints. This leads to new, lean muscle; increasing the metabolism which in effect burns more calories throughout the day.

fact: for every pound of muscle gained the body burns 50 additional calories per day. (doing nothing, meaning just resting)

1lbs = 50 calories a day.

If we added 10 pounds of muscle on you from top to bottom.

10 lbs. = 500 calories a day. That basically equal to about a meal.

7 days x 500 calories = 3500 calories burning weekly without doing nothing.

Remember 3500 calories is equivalent to 1 pound of fat. What that means to you is that you are burn 1 pound of fat a week just by doing nothing.

4. Drink your water.

You need to drink at least 12 cups to a gallon of water per day.

If you are feeling tired and hungry it’s possible because you’re just thirsty. Water helps your body eliminate toxins and transport nutrients throughout the body. Lets face it not everyone enjoys drinking water. At 365 fitness now we recommend jazzing it up with a lemon or a cucumber slice.

5. Get your fruits on.

Fruits are healthy and are packed with antioxidant power, vitamin; and contain fiber that with help you feel more satisfied. Hungry? Fruits are a wise choice over junk food. Strawberries, raspberries, and blueberries are some of our favorites on cereal in the morning.

6. Don’t skip your meals.

Blood sugar level drops when you skip meals.  Feeling weak and lightheaded are the results of skipping meals.
fact: studies have shown that people who skip breakfast are more likely to be overweight than people who eat in the mornings.

When used properly vitamins and supplements can play a big role in your goals in reaching a better, heather and sexier you. Diet and exercise can only get us so far in today’s world, so supplements and vitamins is a good source to boost ones fitness and overall health.

8. Cheat day.

We recommend a cheat day every week. The word is cheat day not grand theft day. Just a misdemeanor not a felony. On your cheat day don’t over do it because that’s the easy way to destroy all the hard work you put in through out the week.

9. Love yourself.

Love yourself. It’s the only body you have. Never, never, never, put a price on your health. If you are at the supermarket shopping; and the food item you are purchasing cost a little bit more than the unhealthier one. Buy the healthier one. Remember best person to send money on is you. You work hard spend your money on your health. Remember you have one life to live.
